Vector Group acquires personal information through fair and appropriate means and uses it within the scope of the “Purpose of Use” shown in the table below. If we need to acquire personal information outside of the categories listed in the [Table], we will notify or disclose the purpose of use on an individual basis.

Vector Group may outsource certain tasks related to personal information. In such cases, we ensure proper supervision of the outsourced parties by entering into business outsourcing agreements and taking necessary measures.

3. Safety Management Measures
Vector Group will take necessary measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of collected personal information, and to ensure its appropriate management. 4. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Other Inquiries
With regard to personal information collected by Vector Group, individuals may request disclosure, correction, or suspension of use in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. 5. Revision and Updates to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy will be reviewed and revised as necessary. If there are any changes to the handling of personal information already collected due to the revision of this policy, the necessary procedures in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act will be followed.
